Babynesty Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's how order cancellations work at Babynesty.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@babynesty.shop with your order number. If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancelling after dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item(s), you may return them once received, in line with our Returns & Refund Policy (30-day return window, no restocking fees).

Custom or personalized items

Personalized clothing items (for example, embroidered names or initials) begin production shortly after your order is placed. Cancellation requests for these items must be made within [insert timeframe, e.g., 24 hours] of ordering, as production may already be underway after this point.

Cancellations by Babynesty

We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable
  • A pricing or listing error is identified
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund within 7 business days.
